Raymond  DeLeon, P.S.M., with Lochrane Engineering, Inc. died Saturday, December 15th . Ray had more than 26 years of surveying experience and 24 of those years have been with Lochrane Engineering, Inc. Ray began his career with Orange County Survey Department and joined Lochrane in May, 1988. He worked his way up through the ranks in the field and became a licensed surveyor in 1996. He became a field crew supervisor and managed many projects efficiently and very well. Ray was a “go to” kind of surveyor; always ready to help and get things done. He was one of those individuals who never got rattled in the heat of the battle and was always watching your back. Ray enjoyed many outdoor recreational activities including hunting, spending time on the water, riding his 4 wheeler or camping somewhere. Tragically he was involved in a fatal accident on Saturday and lost his life. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and colleagues.  A celebration of his life will be held at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Winter Springs Fla. At 10:30 AM on Friday December 21st.
